On Saturday and Sunday, November 4 and 5, the Chamber is sponsoring a Celebrations Expo at the East Brook Mall in Mansfield. This event showcases all of the wonderful possibilities for anyone planning a wedding, quinceanera, anniversary or party of any kind. All booths come with one table. Vendors can request additional tables if needed. Chairs, table covers and skirting are not provided. Booths must be set up completely no later than 9:30 AM and must stay open until the end of the expo. YOU MUST REQUEST ELECTRICITY IF YOU NEED IT!
Make sure you take out an ad in the event program- Event program 1/4 page ad is an additional $50. Copies of the Celebrations Expo Program will be available at expo, online and emailed to 5000 customers!
Presenting sponsor: $2500 – Name and logo on all event material and website, banner at event, marketing material distributed to vendors, 8’ x 20’ booth, radio interview
Platinum sponsor: $1000 – Name on all event material and website, logo on event sign and program, 8’ x 20’ booth
Gold sponsor: $300 – Name on all event material and website, name on event sign and program, 8’ x 10’ booth
Silver sponsor: $150 – Name on all event material and website, name on event program, 4’ x 8’ booth
