Booths include one 8’ table only.
Vendors must provide seating, table linen and displays.
Booths will be located throughout the East Brook Mall center corridors . Expected attendance of 3000.
Print and radio media coverage will begin two months prior to event.
It is recommended that each vendor do a free drawing in order to capture customers’ contact information.
Vendors who register early will have the opportunity to talk about their business on the Chamber’s radio program on WILI. They will also be listed and promoted in the Chamber’s month- ly printed newsletter, weekly e-newsletter and event email blasts.
Setup will be on Saturday morning starting at 9:00 am. Special arrangements must be made at least 2 days in advance with the Chamber for setup on Friday evening.
Booths must be display ready one half hour before start of the show each day. Breakdown may not begin prior to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 4 pm on Sunday. Vendors must remain inside their booth space when promoting their business to comply with Mall regulations. Booths may not be left unattended.
Event Management encourages interactive booth displays. Vendors must indicate on registration if they require electricity. Vendors must bring their own extension cords.
Vendor Registration Deadline is February 24, 2017
