Opened in 1989, the Alumni Center is a showpiece facility that is now one of the most magnificent buildings on the prestigious UConn Storrs Campus. Spanning 25,000 square feet and built at a cost of $2.2 million?funded completely by the UConn Alumni Association the Alumni Center is a beautiful example of the dedication and pride of our UConn alumni.
Dedicated on Homecoming Day 2001, the Alumni Center is a great source of pride for the University and our alumni. It includes a renovated Alumni House, an Alumni Hall of Excellence, Husky Heritage Sports Museum, first class meeting rooms and state-of-the-art alumni staff offices. An Alumni Lounge provides the perfect resting spot for visitors to the Center.
The Alumni Center is the perfect location for your wedding, shower, reception or other special event.




The Benton, Connecticut’s state art museum, provides changing exhibitions of art from the 15th-21st centuries, faculty and MFA installations, and traveling exhibitions as well as openings, campus art walks, gallery talks, musical performances, films and special events.
