Description: Join us as we study Active Hope, a book co-written by author, facilitator and change maker, Joanna Macy. Active Hope is a guide and practice book for working through the difficult topics we face in today’s world.
In this class, you will read and practice methods from Macy’s book, while considering how you would like to live more positively over the next year. The focus will be on exploring our past experiences and analyzing how those experiences might shape how we respond to particular situations. Discussion with classmates and occasional meditation practice will also take place.
