We’ve all heard of mindfulness. In fact, it’s become a buzzword in today’s world. The goal of this class is to explore emerging ideas in nutrition and mindfulness, and give you tools to lead a healthier and more connected life. This class will debunk some of the common misconceptions about mindfulness and help you find the kinds of mindfulness that work best for you. This class will also explore how mindful eating can improve your outlook on life and increase your ability to make healthier decisions about what types of foods our body needs.
