Description: Create a healthier and happier you through art! In this four-week class, you’ll learn what a Mandala is and the health benefits associated with painting a Mandala. Using the pointillism or dot painting method, Margaret will guide you through the process of creating your very own dot mandalas to bring home each week. In each class you’ll learn new skills, progress your mindfulness practice, improve brain function and reduce stress in your life.
No previous painting or art experience necessary.
