Update Your Listing on CTvisit.com

Step By Step Instructions to Help You Update Your Listing!

The Connecticut Office of Tourism is requesting that you update your complimentary listing(s) located on the state’s official tourism website CTvisit.com.

HOW TO REVIEW YOUR LISTING:

Step 1
If you are not already a registered use, you will need to become one. You do this by logging onto http://manage.ctvisit.com. Complete the information and submit. You will then receive an email approving your registration. Once you receive the approval, you then go back into the management website to update your property information.

If you are already a registered user, log onto this management website to access your property.

Step 2
Begin your review on the Summary Page. This page contains mainly general information about your property.

Step 3
Click on the Amenities page and check-off all the amenities that you provide for the visitor. Attractions have only one drop-down list of amenities, accommodations has two – facility amenities and guest room amenities.

Step 4
Adding images along with your listing in the Photo page.  The management system allows you to upload up to six jpg images (one primary with five additional) that are posted along with your general listing.

Step 5
The Attributes section. This section has additional information needed for the listing and other information for office use only. Please review ALL the choices and update what is applicable to your property.

Step 6
The Travel Deals page.  This section is where you can post your overnight packages. Keep in mind, these special deals are overnight packages with lodging and other elements (e.g. admissions, meals) or discounted offers.

Step 7
This page, the Set Map Marker which is powered by Google®, shows a marker where your property is located.

Step 8
The Contact Page is where the primary contact is listed along with the other important contact information. It is very important this information is updated.

Step 9
You need only to update the Meetings/Conferences page if you provide meeting space.

If you maintain more than one property, please remember to update all them.

Thank you.
