Renewing Customers & Plan Changes
Customers who were re-enrolled for 2019 will start receiving paperworkfor their new 2019 plan this weekWe need your help in guiding these customers.
> Risk Group: Renewing Customers with Cost Increases
A group of renewing customers who were automatically re-enrolled will see significant increases in their monthly health insurance costs next year – unless they change their current plan selection before the end of Open Enrollment.

We have been reaching out to these customers by email, mail and phone to make sure they understand the details of their 2019 plan and the next steps they should take if they want to change it. If any of your clients fall into this category, there are some quick steps below to get them back on track. 

To Change a 2019 Plan Selection Before Open Enrollment Ends:

1. Sign In to your account at AccessHealthCT.com

2. Click “Report a Change in Income or Household” under Quick Links.

3. Make sure all household information is updated, including – income, home & mailing addresses, email address and phone number.  

4. Compare 2019 Plan Options & Pick a New Plan for 2019
