WELCOME WINDHAM TECH!

Windham Technical High School is where education meets innovation, and students come to shape their futures through hands-on learning and academic excellence.  The Windham Region Chamber of Commerce is proud to have Windham Technical High School as one of our members and community partners. 

They currently have 528 students enrolled from 18 sending towns.  Students get the chance to explore 9 shops which include Automotive, Carpentry, Criminal Justice and Protective Services, Culinary, Electrical, Health Technology, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Information Technology and Precision Machining.

“At Windham Tech, we take pride as our students gain the knowledge, skills, and certifications needed to thrive in both college and today’s competitive workforce. Whether they pursue a trade, attend college, or enter the military, we prepare every student for success beyond graduation. Currently, our students volunteer at the Covenant Soup Kitchen and with the High Street Hillside Garden Club in Willimantic and are always looking for more opportunities to continue to help in the community where they attend school.  We are excited to be a part of the Windham Chamber of Commerce.  It is our hope to educate the community about Windham Tech and provide knowledgeable, skilled workers who are able to give back and actively contribute to the community.”
