I fully believe in the power of Naturopathic Medicine and its central belief that we can access our own inner ability for healing. I’ve seen Naturopathic medicine help people over and over again in my practice. I use food and exercise as medicine and teach my patients how to do the same. Optimizing nutrition, fitness and body composition are my passions. I’m also very interested in helping people with tick-borne illnesses (such as Lyme disease), which I consider to be a serious health concern here in New England.
